RETURNS AND REVOCATION
When do I have the right of revocation?
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier,
has taken possession of the purchased items.

Please avoid damage and contamination of the items and return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
You must first pay the direct costs of the return and will then be refunded together with the transfer of the returned item value.
IMPORTANT: Choose the cheapest standard delivery!
If you choose other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, we can unfortunately not reimburse you the costs incurred beyond that.
WHEN:
If you cancel this contract, we must return to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs,
without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of your revocation of this contract
or we have received the returned items or you have provided us with proof that the items have been returned.
HOW:
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you;
in no case will you be charged for the refund.

Within Germany:
3,90€ (incl. VAT)
All other countries and states supplied by us:
7,48€ (plus VAT)
IMPORTNANT NOTE for customers from outside Europe:
When shipping to third countries, depending on the value of goods and after receipt of the goods, the country-specific duties for customs and VAT will be due.
These will be charged subsequently by the shipping service provider.

3. A green bar appears with the text "Voucher successfully redeemed".

4. After that, go to the checkout and complete the ordering process.
Before the step "order with costs" you will see a summary of the order, in which the discount has already been deducted.
